If you’re a frequent MyShoes.com reader, than you’ll know that I love nothing more than a good ballet flat. But, what I’m really freaking out about lately is ballet flats with ankle straps.

Instead of creating strange proportions, stick to simple shapes for work and play and allow your T-strap or ankle strap shoes to do the work.
When wearing T-strap and ankle strap shoes, stick to:
- Simple silhouettes. No matter where you’re headed, classic cuts such as a sheath dress or slim capris are your best bet.
